Tom has worked at Alliance for 4 years and has been working with transmissions for a total of 20 years. Tom worked as an R&R technician for 8 yrs, a manager for 3 years, and has been working as a builder for the last 9 years.

Former owner and master tech of Auto Tune, Al is ASE Master Certified and has been a premiere source of Auto Repair in San Marcos for over 30 years.

Al started repairing cars and trucks in a repair shop that was located where the San Marcos Blvd. Home Depot now sits. After being forced out of 2 locations due to San Marcos redevelopment, Al has decided to team up with Alliance Transmissions and Auto Repair to contine providing top quality Service and maintenance to San Marcos, Vista, Escondido and all of San Diego.

Over the past 30 years of automotive service, Al has given of his time freely. Serving on the boards of two civic organizations. Al is also the former president of the local Automotive Service Council. All of this while his oldest son is currently serving in the Army, stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado awaiting his next tour of duty.

Rusty has been working in the automotive industry for 29 years. The last 10 have been spent here, at Alliance Transmissions. Rusty is currently responsible for a crew of 3 knowledgeable employees. Since Rusty commutes from Ramona, he must really love to work here at Alliance.

Ray started Alliance transmissions in 1987 and has kept it running strong for over 21 years. Ray bases his success on values of honesty and integrity, helping inform customers of their choices and performing quality work.

Jr. has been with Alliance Transmission for 8 1/2 years and has been in the field of transmissions for 8 years.
